◆Those who have no rock climbing experience or do not have the belay card shall not belay for others. Those who already have the belay card, if you want to bring inexperienced friends into the gym, you can accommodate up to 4 people per day.If you didn't bring your belay card, please exchange for a tempo rary card with your ID for free. Replacement fee NT$30 for lost card.
◆Belay card test: Must be over 16 years old to take the belay test. Please make an appointment at least 2 days before the test day. Those who conduct the security check card test in the museum will charge a test fee of 200 yuan (100 yuan for the test coach, 100 yuan for the administrative operation fee).
◆Parents of minors are responsible for safety and overseeing minors. Children less than 12 years old are not allowed entry.
◆For those who purchase season tickets, semi-annual tickets or annual tickets for personal factors such as chronic illnesses, overseas travel, etc., the period of each ticket is extended once, and the number of extended days shall not exceed the time limit of the ticket.

Member how to join Note 
Personal Member
 Participate in rock climbing courses, or purchase long-term passes (in effective period).
 一. 會員定義：
 1. 課程有效期間之學員；
 2. 持有效期間內個人年票/半年票/季票之人員。
二. 會員優惠折扣：
*依定價折扣，優惠不重複折扣
 1. 於成功館購買單次入場享5折優惠(限本人)
 2. 入場與體驗- 9折
 3. 續季票/半年票/年票(限本人)- 9折
*購買即開卡 若購買時原卡尚未到期  新購買的期限接在原卡之後。
三. 課程學員會員退費，請詳閱報名表內容”課程退費辦法”。
四.會員期終止與退費:
 ​1. 在會員期限到期前，可隨時終止合約。
 2. 依已使用月數，照剩餘比例退還其餘額(逾一日者，已一個月計)。
 3. 需扣除違約金(退費金額之20%)。
五.會員期暫停: 
 1. 有下列情形之一者，得事先洽岩館櫃檯辦理暫停會員期限。
   1-1. 因出國逾一個月者(其會員權益暫停期間以六個月為上限)。
   1-2. 因傷害、疾病或身體不適致不宜運動者。
   1-3. 因懷孕或有育養出生未逾六個月嬰兒之需要者。
   1-4. 因服兵役致難以行使會員權者。
   1-5. 因職務異動或遷居致難以行使會員權者。
   1-6. 其他雖不符合前列各款事由，但不可歸責於會員個人因素者。
上述情形，甲方應檢附各款事由相關證明或釋明文件。
  2.會員期之暫停每次最少一個月，會員期之恢復請自行洽櫃台辦理。
六. 館方服務內容變更之會員期延期規定:
  1.館方因辦理大型比賽、場地維修等需要，而造成營業時間暫停。姜一天數自動順延所有會員有效期。但每個月兩日內之維修、活動；以及館方過年歲休、營業時間異動等不在此限。
 2.館方會於活動一個月前公告於營業場所明顯處與官方粉絲團。
